Expert Design Solutions is a Design and Home Remodeling company based in Nashua NH that services New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Claddagh Light Fine Art represents the culmination of over 40 years of work in the Photography, Fine Art, Framing and Home Decorating fields.  My travels over this time have resulted in a very extensive image archive of Landscapes, Seascapes and assorted subjects.   
I produce a wide variety of fine art presentations for interior decorating  and frame them up to 30x40,  During the past 7 years I have been painting in Oils and finishing my pieces with glazes and varnishes so that the piece need not be placed behind glass.

Peggy has sold and marketed over 30 subdivisions. She began her real estate career in 2000, and successfully sold 200 homes for The Stabile Company in Dover, NH. Peggy enjoys the intricate details of getting a subdivision ready for market. Peggy works closely with the Builder to design the logo, brochures, marketing plan, site sign, model home design and merchandising, application for attorney general approval, covenants, home owners association, grand opening, media kit, sales contract. Then she establishes buyer site procedures, to making client selections, home orientation, punch list and the closing.
Peggy specializes in new and existing home sales. Working with sellers and buyers, she uses her knowledge of the community and her business skills to assist clients through each step in the sales process.
